I’d have to say my most enjoyable holiday vacation was to the hot spot of Las Vegas! You’ve heard the talk, you’ve seen the pictures and yes, it’s absolutely true. Late nights, dance clubs, lots of fun and yes – plenty of wagering and gambling action on whatever type of game or sport you like.
While Las Vegas is known as the best gambling strip in the world, many forget the fun and good value shows that are shown nightly on the popular strip. Regardless of how long you stay in Las Vegas, you will never get bored! I started at the MGM Grand and found that venue totally comfortable, nice hotel room and amenities but also an enjoyable gaming floor where things weren’t overcrowded and the staff look after you very, very well.
After that I spent some time at the Mirage resort, while closer to the centre of the strip – the Mirage did feel a little bit outdated and thats to be expected, as the venue has been around for quite some time. It's too bad you live so far away from Vegas. I find it's like a second home to me. Although *that* home has me wandering around the streets at 5:30AM looking at all the flashy lights and slamming down screwdrivers! Cheers or as they say in Vegas, "Good Luck!"
