Intro and Welcome All - Aim of Blog

30 Day Challenge - Life on the line? Well as I pondered the 30 Day Challenge by Ed Dale and tossed some ideas around; I came up with some side challenges for myself.

I thought not only can I learn plenty from web marketing guru's Ed Dale (a fellow Aussie) and Dan Raine - I somehow got the courage to challenge myself to lose some weight and grow some facial hair along the way. (All being visually tracked on this blog - yikes!)

Current Weight: 108kg
Target Weight: 93kg

Ok, so the goals (apart from web marketing success) - lose 15kg (in 4 weeks). If I fail - I am looking to fellow web citizens for dares and general punishment (so please comment on this post with ideas for punishment) and finally I am going to not shave from my bottom lip to my chain (Just to see what it looks like at 30 days end)

Weird? Yup.
Scary? Extremely! (Can't believe I am going to post my dog's body for the world to see)
Worth it? I sure hope so, I will give it my all and video blog, and pictorial my progress along the way.

In the next post you will see the original August 1, 2007 photos and hopefully as the days pass - I make some impact on my bad self. (Locks have gone on the choccy cupboard, softdrink thrown out and water trucks are doing deliveries.)

Here are Day 1 (Aug 1) Photos (Ok, if you've just eaten - beware!)

Front: (Pear Shape, not Vee Shaped! Yikes)

Rear: (Love handles from hell; or the chocolate bars)

Side: (Shows 'one world' waist line)

Ok so apart from having these in-glorious shots taken today - I have been browsing the Thirty Day Challenge forums and awaiting kick-off (assuming tonight Australian East Coast time) - our team has the Skype Conference Ready and our Facebook HQ is established. Here we go 'Team DENT'
