Remember how I was saying it was a struggle to find suitable and well paying work here?
Well things have changed dramatically since then; I now have 3 job offers to choose from and the decision is now starting to do my head in!!
I have the option of working with Vodafone; through two competing franchises - both offering similar contracting type packages and based very closely to each other. Overall they are offering virtually identical roles. Heavily sales driven, with a small retainer component. The payoff is in the form of a 50/50 split in all profits generated.
The 3rd and final offer is from the big cola giant: Coke. The big red is offering a role with an attractive packge of company vehicle, cell phone, notebook and other advantages such as company shares, lucrative super and merchandise discounts. Hmmm sounds good.
So now I am finding it hard to decide which direction I go in. The Vodafone roles may offer more of a payoff in the end, with higher risk being a contractor and the Coca Cola role while still sales based, seems more secure and lucrative in the beginning ...
Decisions, Decisions ...
My previous experience suits the Vodafone roles much more, as I come from a telephony / sales background (business to business) as that does carry some weight.
Any ideas? Please help me decide, because the longer I wait - I might miss the roles all together.
