Thank You and Welcome New Readers

Thanks to everyone for their positive comments on the digg.com article, we all had a few laughs and the little story about the various breeds of digger received a stack of digg's, stumbles and a traffic spike of 500 visitors! My bounce rate is at 69%, New Visits up to 79% and the average time on the 30 Day Man site is over 1 minute, 10 seconds. All improvements.

To those who visited and signed on to the RSS feed, it's hard to tell you the exact niche of this blog. I often try to ask myself this question and with a slogan of 'blogging to win' it doesn't make it any easy. (I can just see Darren Rowse and friends shaking their heads already)

But anyway, apart from bagging the crap out of weirdos from digg; I like to throw in some personal stories from my day to day life. Hey, it's not too boring - what about my Stolen Nokia 6680 post from last week!? I start a new job, go out for drinks on Friday of Week 1 with work colleagues, get blind drunk, fall asleep in a park, have my Nokia stolen and then play detective to capture the thief. True Story.

I've recently moved from Australia to New Zealand for a period of about 12 months, moving from Sydney with a population of around 6 million to small New Zealand tourist town of about 50,000 people is a scary freakin move. Yup. In Sydney I was working in Corporate Telecommunications Sales and would liase with some of the larger multi-nationals in town.

Now I am contracting to Vodafone, helping businesses with an employee size smaller than my family try and get the right telco deals. BIIIIIG Change.

But hey, I am trying to make this work. I've traded the corporate, fast paced lifestyle with little time to spare - for a beer in the afternoon, blog more to make extra money and a poverty stricken lifestyle... Totally cool.
So welcome new visitors! Glad to have you onboard. I am thinking of new content ideas for the blog all the time, I am keen on adding more videos for soon and they say SEX SELLS (got your attention?) - but my wife got pissed off when I asked her to pose for a few strip tease YouTube videos.. So that idea is out.

I know times are tough when I am already hoping that my 1 year old daughter Chelsea Joy will be so successful that daddy can retire! God I hope she becomes the next tennis or golf star or even a supermodel ! :) ... I will just make sure to warn her off blogging.

Cheers, Adam - asutcliffe@gmail.com
