Too much blog advice sux

You've got the most power tool at your fingertips! Yep, the computer you're using right now can give you virtually any information on any topic. So as a blogger, you have no excuse for not becoming an instant millionaire right?

Well, sometimes too much of a good thing aint too good.

If you're like me, you've got a tonne of blogs on your RSS subscribed list and most of the time they are all singing from a similar tune book. Thing likes "Make your blog unique!" "Run a competition" "Content is King" "Linkbait your arse off" "Say a prayer each night for your blog" "Don't drink and blog"

We are lucky to have advice and tips at our fingertips sure. But, continually reading all this information can throw you in too many different directions.

I still stay a vital component of the major successful blogs is the personality factor. Whether they deliver the personality through text, video or still photo - it doesn't matter. If the reader 'warms' to you then they will come back to see what you ate for breakfast, who your dating or who you're firing.... You get the drift.

Maybe I should title my theory "Reality Blogging" or maybe Web3.0 - you get the drift!.

As Nike says; "Just Blog it!"

Very true. When you read so much about how to make your blog better that you don't follow through with the things you've learned I think that is called analysis paralysis.

Just be yourself and give your take on a topic you genuinely enjoy. Then people that think the same way will be drawn to you.

Analysis Paralysis. I love it! So simply put and so very true in many cases.

Peace out. :)
